Shipping

In-stock items ship within 3 to 4 business days. Custom orders take 2 to 3 weeks. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order leaves our facility.
Yes. Free standard shipping on every order within the United States. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
Yes. Indus Threads ships worldwide. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Yes. A tracking link is emailed to you when your order ships. If you do not receive it within 5 business days, contact saadia@industhreads.com.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 7-day exchange policy on unworn pieces in original condition with tags attached. Refunds are not offered on most items as our pieces are produced in limited runs.
Email saadia@industhreads.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the piece you want to exchange. We will respond with next steps.
Yes. Pieces purchased from the Sale collection are final. No exchanges or returns.
No. Custom orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products and Materials

Yes. Every piece is individually handcrafted by artisans using traditional techniques. Materials are shaped, set, and finished by hand. Some pieces contain hundreds of hand-placed stones.
Recycled wood, natural mother of pearl, semi-precious stones (quartz, onyx, labradorite, amethyst), abalone shell, hand-placed gemstones, 18K gold plating, handwoven thread, sustainable jute, vegan leather, brass, satin, suede, and velvet.
Each piece is one of a kind. Natural materials like mother of pearl, wood, and shell carry slight variations in tone, grain, and pattern. This is part of the handcrafted character, not a flaw.
Occasionally. Certain designs return in limited quantities when demand is high enough, but never in full. When a piece restocks, it sells out fast and that's usually it. If you see it, don't wait.
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Avoid prolonged moisture, perfume, and direct sunlight. Store in the dust bag provided. Wood and shell pieces age beautifully with care.
